Amazing product! It doesn’t make my hair completely straight, but it significantly reduces the volume and makes it much easier to manage. I followed the instructions and rinsed the product out completely with water before finishing my hair. I used a flat iron at 450°F during the application. The treatment seems to be heat-activated, and what I really love is the result after washing my hair: when I blow-dry it, my hair becomes smooth, aligned, and much less voluminous without requiring a lot of effort. For me, the biggest benefit is the reduction in volume and how much easier my hair is to style. I wasn’t expecting it to permanently straighten my hair, so I’m very happy with the result. I would definitely buy it again!
